EAL's SVQ Level 2 Electrical/Electronic Servicing qualification may be of particular interest. This nationally recognised qualification is available at Tullos Trainng Centre and the 'Signal Reception' pathway covers a range of topics from installing signal reception equipment to working safely at heights with antennas, from diagnosing faults to replacing modules in signal reception systems. Candidates will be required to complete two mandatory assessment routes plus the selected assessment routes from the qualification pathway. The qualification is an essential part of the Registered Digital Installer (RDI) scheme.
