HVACR & Plumbing
Tullos Training is the leading provider in North East Scotland for apprentice training programmes to nationally agreed standards for a range of occupations within the plumbing, refrigeration and heating and ventilating industries.
The apprenticeships are based on individual achievement, not on time served - although to complete the programmes and become fully trained the apprenticeship takes approximately 4 years.
The training, carried out on block release at Tullos Training Centre and with the employer, will lead to the achievement of SVQ Level 2 and SVQ Level 3 awards in the chosen field.

- Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Heating and Ventilating
- Plumbing
Practical Tests:
- NICEIC approved Gas Training & Assessment Centre (ACS)*
- City & Guilds training and GOLA (Global On Line Assessment) centre for 2079 F-Gas and ODS Regulations - all categories.
- Construction Skills approved Lead Work for Roofers course.
- SummitSkills practical tests in Oxy Acetylene and Metal-Arc welding for operatives working in the H&V industry.
Note: Training is not a prerequisite for assessment.
* Nationally Accredited Scheme for Individual Gas Fitting Operatives.
