Outstanding Achievements of Apprentices Recognised at 2026 Awards Ceremony

Tullos Training proudly recognised the exceptional achievements of their apprentices at the 2026 Annual Awards Ceremony.  Bringing together learners, employers, industry partners and guests, the evening celebrated the dedication, talent and hard work of individuals who are helping to shape the future workforce across the North East of Scotland.

This year’s ceremony featured guest speakers David Loumgair, North Fundraising Lead at SAMH, and Neil McKinnon, Vice Chair at DYW North East.  David Loumgair spoke on the importance of mental health services in Scotland and how SAMH’s services positively impact the Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire communities.  Former apprentice and employee of Tullos Training, Neil McKinnon, addressed the attendees, emphasising how apprenticeships are imperative to career development.

Speaking at the event, Neil said, “I’m fortunate to get to spend time working with and advocating for young people entering the world of work.  And I can say this with conviction, there has never been a more exciting time to develop your career.

One of the highlights of the event was the acknowledgement of the event sponsors whose support contributed to the success of the ceremony and highlighting the apprentices achievements.  Tullos Training extends special thanks to the following sponsors who donated the annual award category prizes and the event programme:
