The First Minister Visits Tullos Training

The First Minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon, visited Tullos Training Ltd following the final Energy Task Force meeting to meet some of our apprentices undergoing training to become the future workfore of the North Sea. While she was in Aberdeen, the First Minister wanted to visit an independant training provider providing apprenticeships and training to young people working within the Oil & Gas Industry. Her visit was aimed at promoting apprenticeships and encouraging employers to develop the young workforce.

During her visit, Nicola Sturgeon made sure to take the time to talk to some of the apprentices attending Tullos Training about the downturn in the Oil & Gas industry and how it effects them. Her visit meant that she was able to take a tour of our premises and see what a normal working day for an apprentice at Tullos Training looks like.
